These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written proposal and agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Using this site
You may browse this site and use the review form to contact us. You may not use the site to send spam, to scrape or copy it, to interfere with how it works, or for anything unlawful.
The free review
The free website and SEO review is an informal look at your website and local search presence, offered so you can decide whether to work with us. It is general information, not a guarantee, and it does not create a client relationship until we both sign a proposal.
Results
Examples of past results on this site come from real clients and real rank-tracking data. They show what has happened for those businesses. Search rankings depend on Google, on competitors and on your market, and no one can guarantee a particular position or a particular number of calls.
Content and ownership
The text, design and code of this site belong to Parker Local LLC unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Stock photography is credited to its photographers.
Links to other sites
This site links to client websites and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Parker Local LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
