Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Parker Local (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we do not collect much.
What we collect
If you fill out the review form we receive what you type: your name, business name, email address, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, website address and any notes. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.
Our server keeps a short-lived record of the network address a form was sent from so we can block automated spam. That record is not linked to your inquiry and expires within minutes.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to review your website and local search presence.
- To follow up about the work you asked about.
- To keep the form working and free of spam.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out the form.
- We do not share your details with anyone except the service providers below, and only so they can run the site and deliver email for us.
Who helps us run the site
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Railway and delivered to us by email through an email delivery provider. Each of these companies processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we might need them to respond to you or to work together, and for our own records after that. If you want your inquiry deleted, tell us through the review form and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by sending a note through the review form on the home page. You do not have to give us any information to read this site.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
